Wilson Guerrero

Wilson Guerrero is the Owner and Team Leader of Guerrero Home Improvements LLC. Before entering the construction industry full-time, Wilson worked for Applied Materials, a global leader in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, where he participated in the assembly and installation of highly complex manufacturing systems from an empty shell to fully operational tools. This experience taught him the importance of precision, teamwork, communication, and following manufacturer specifications to the highest standards.

Inspired by his family's strong background in the construction industry, Wilson decided to lead the family business with a focus on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Today, he oversees every project to ensure each client's vision is brought to life on schedule and with exceptional results.

Francisco Guerrero

Francisco Guerrero brings more than 18 years of experience in the natural and engineered stone industry. Throughout his career, he has worked with some of the most recognized stone manufacturing and installation companies in New England, specializing in countertop fabrication, installation, and cabinetry work.

Building on his extensive stone industry knowledge, Francisco expanded into finish carpentry, where he has spent the last 8 years refining his skills. His experience, craftsmanship, and commitment to quality make him a valuable leader and mentor within the Guerrero Home Improvements team.

David Guerrero

David Guerrero developed his artistic and technical skills while studying at the Centro Nacional de Artes (CENAR), where he learned advanced techniques in sculpture, stonework, and woodworking. His training gave him a unique ability to transform raw materials into detailed custom pieces through precision craftsmanship and creativity.

David later worked alongside his father in the countertop industry, including with Metropolitan Kitchen & Cabinets in Massachusetts, where his exceptional attention to detail helped him become a lead manufacturer and installer. Today, he brings those same skills to Guerrero Home Improvements, specializing in custom stonework, woodworking, fabrication, and high-end finishing details that set projects apart.

Santos Guerrero has over 15 years of experience specializing in bathroom and kitchen tile installations. His expertise includes surface preparation, floor leveling, wall plumbing, waterproofing systems, and precision tile installation techniques that ensure long-lasting results.

Known for his meticulous attention to detail, Santos excels at creating perfectly aligned layouts, consistent grout joints, and beautiful finished surfaces. Whether installing classic subway tile, large-format porcelain, natural stone, or intricate mosaic designs, his craftsmanship consistently delivers stunning results. His extensive knowledge of tile, flooring systems, and bathroom remodeling makes him an essential member of the Guerrero Home Improvements team.
